Adjustable Precision Angle Pro Jig Accessory for Proxxon Hot Wire Cutter

For all model makers who require accurately cut angles in their foam board, this add-on for the Proxxon Hot Wire foam cutter is a perfect addition to their accessory collection. This precision laser cut jig is built from Medite Premium grade 6mm and 4mm MDF. We use MDF because of its smooth surface and overall stability on different environmental conditions The angle is adjustable using the locking butterfly nut. Supplied as an unfinished kit ( straight from the laser), a pre-finished kit (exposed parts have been sanded for a cleaner look, and the third option is a fully assembled model where the faces where the foam contacts the jig have been sanded, sealed and lacquered to facilitate a smooth sliding action.
